01App identity and privacy contact
This is the privacy policy for “We are with you”, provided by Nemer Digital Solutions & AI and developed by Mahmoud ElNeMeR. It applies to this app and its associated services. Send privacy questions or data requests to support@elnemer-ai.com and include the app name or package so the relevant service can be identified.
02Information handled by the app
The device stores preferences and local information used by the app, such as saved choices, usage history or content you choose to save. Local storage may coexist with the separate service connections described below.
Some functions request location information such as GPS. Access follows the permission granted to the feature and can be withdrawn in device settings. Transmission of coordinates to a server or map service depends on the connected feature used.
Some functions select images/visual files or use the camera. Selecting a file or granting the relevant permission makes that content available to the app for the requested function. Upload or sharing follows the feature you choose to use.
When using Gemini features, inputs you provide to the feature are sent to Google to generate a response. Avoid entering secrets or unnecessary personal information.
The app may fetch fonts through Google Fonts when the requested files are not bundled and network fetching is enabled. A font download exposes the IP address and request information needed to deliver the file to the font server; this is separate from usage analytics.
Support receives the sender information, message and attachments you choose to send. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
03Purposes of use
Necessary information is used to provide the functions you request, carry out choices you make in the app, answer support correspondence, understand faults you report, and address abuse and service security. Information for a feature relates to the purpose explained when using it, such as operating a location feature, managing an account or making submitted content available. Separate consents or choices, when requested, appear in the relevant context.
04Device permissions and controls
You can inspect and change app permissions in operating-system settings. Downloading the app does not by itself grant every restricted permission; access follows system mechanisms and your choices. Refusing or withdrawing a permission may prevent its associated feature from working. Mentioning a data type in this policy is not consent for access beyond the permission or other required basis.
05Location information
Location permission enables the app’s location-based functions. You may choose accuracy or deny access using the options available on your device, and withdraw permission later. Disabling location may reduce accuracy or stop the related function. A location permission alone is not permission for personalized advertising or public disclosure of your location; understand any feature-related sharing in its context and choices.
06Sharing and external service providers
Google Gemini API: processing inputs for the AI feature and returning a response.
Google Fonts, when a font is fetched online: delivery of font files. https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy
07Purchases and transaction information
When using a paid feature, review the billing provider and information requested in checkout. Service-entitlement and transaction information, when available, is used to verify access to paid features and address purchase or refund issues. Do not send full card details, security codes or verification codes to support. Subscription management and cancellation follow the billing provider’s process.
08Storage and retention
Information is retained with regard to the period needed for its purpose, such as resolving an ongoing support request or providing a requested service, and any legal obligation to keep specific records. Data stored on your device differs from data held by the service or an external provider. You may remove local data through app or system settings where available; uninstalling does not necessarily delete an account or another provider’s records. Use the contact route below to enquire about retention relevant to your request.
09Requesting data deletion
Local device data can be cleared through the operating system’s app settings. The app may also provide controls for individual items. Clearing local data does not cancel subscriptions or automatically delete information held by another provider.
For account/connected-service information or support correspondence, email the privacy contact on this page and identify the app and requested information. The request link opens an email; the operator must verify and process the request. Sending the email or signing out is not automatic deletion.
10Content shared with other people
Review a post’s audience before submitting it and avoid disclosing sensitive information about yourself or others without an appropriate basis. People who see content may keep copies outside the service. Contact support to request a content review or data deletion and identify the material involved. Removing content from the service cannot guarantee removal of independent copies held by other people or organizations.
11Data security
Safeguards should be proportionate to the nature of the information and service, with transmitted information limited to what is needed for the function or request. No transmission or storage method provides an absolute guarantee against every risk. Keep your device updated, do not share sign-in details, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure. Describe the issue without sending secrets or unnecessary information.
12Children and age suitability
Consider the age rating and audience identified in the app’s store listing, and any legally required consent or parental supervision. Do not send a child’s personal information to support except where needed for a legitimate request by an authorized person. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child’s information has been handled inappropriately, contact us to identify the situation and consider deletion or correction. This policy does not override applicable child-protection requirements.
13Your rights and privacy requests
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, your rights may include learning how information is used, requesting a copy, correction or deletion, objecting to particular processing or withdrawing previously given consent. Send a clear request using this page’s contact details. Proportionate information may be requested to verify identity or locate the data, without passwords. Withdrawing consent does not necessarily affect processing lawfully completed beforehand. Your right to complain to a competent authority remains unaffected.
14External services and processing locations
External services you choose to use may involve providers and processing locations different from your own. Review the provider’s identity, policies and controls before giving information to it, particularly when following a link or leaving the app for another service. An external link does not make that provider’s policy part of this app’s policy or justify providing more information than the service needs.
15Policy changes and contact
This page shows the policy’s latest update date. It may be revised to clarify information or reflect changes to app functions, with any notice or consent required by law. Refer back to it as needed. For privacy enquiries, requests or concerns about your information, use support@elnemer-ai.com and identify the relevant app so the request can be handled in the correct context.
